You may be an investor desiring to downsize, convert your portfolio to a different type of real estate investment or simply desire to liquidate some or all of your investment.  The method selected may have significant legal and tax ramifications.  Eric Wolff, Vice President of Black Creek Group, will review a 1031 like kind method which permits the sale of the relinquished property and the investment of the cash proceeds into a real estate portfolio investment. Meeting presenters will also discuss methods to liquidate via sale and hold, contract for deed and a master lease.

Chester Netters is a sub-group of Delco Property Investors. Valuable information
about Chester and doing business in Chester is shared by members and guest speakers. Chester Netters meetings take place  on an “as-needed” basis. 

We meet at Maggie Mays bar and restaurant, 951 E. 14th St., Chester, PA. 19013 (Maggie Mays phone # 610 490-0104) Meeting begins at 5:30 PM. There are no additional membership dues required, however, attendees do pay for their own dinners and share in the cost of any guest/s dinner/s.
