Jeremy Ricci is a local full-time real estate “wheeler-dealer” & investor from right here in the Delaware Valley.  He left his information technology job to be a real estate geek instead.  Jeremy has served on the Board of Directors and as a technology chair for DIG and currently runs the monthly “Movers & Shakers” sub-group.
His passion and specialty has been in creative acquisition and finance. In his 9 years of investing in the Philadelphia suburbs, he has never bought a property that was for sale and has never used a bank to get a loan to buy a house!  

Here are some scenarios he’ll discuss:

  • Buy houses that aren’t for sale
  • Pre-foreclosure investing with no competition
  • Taking Subject-to to the next level
  • Getting paid TO BUY a house
  • “Net Solution” based offers VS. “Gross Price” based offers
  • Seller financing (now more than ever)

Jeremy is a student of marketing and massive action who ‘s outside-the-box approach to real estate has landed him several deals and has allowed him to never use banks to close a deal. He was a contributing author to marketing superstar Dan Kennedy’s book the Ultimate Success Secret.  If you have ever passed up an opportunity on a deal because you couldn’t find a way to make it work, you’ll want to hear about Jeremy Ricci’s approach to closing the deal.

Chester Netters is a sub-group of Delco Property Investors. Valuable information
about Chester and doing business in Chester is shared by members and guest speakers.

Chester Netters meetings take place QUARTERLY the third Tuesday’s of January, April, July and October at the Best Western Hotel at the HUB near the entrance to Widener University, 1450  Providence Road., Chester, PA. 19013 (Best Western phone # 610 809-9405) Meeting begins at 6:30 PM. There are no additional membership dues required, however, attendees do pay for their own dinners and share in the cost of any guest/s dinner/s.
