General Meeting (7PM – 9PM approximate)

Speakers: Dennis Cline, Charles Shuman, Ed Jenks, and Don Beck

Topic: Panel of experts in all facets of Real Estate Investing

This month’s speakers are some of the most seasoned and experienced real estate guru’s you can find in this part of the country. They have plenty of accomplishments to talk about that should pique anyone’s interest.  Plus they are very willing to openly share their experiences with anyone.

Join us for this once in a lifetime insight into their careers. Learn the ins and outs from their over 200 years of combined experience.

  • Dennis Cline has been investing in residential and commercial real estate for decades. He has structured many 3rd party transactions as well as consulted in multi-million dollar acquisitions.  Dennis is both a real estate broker and a hands on investor. He has been teaching real estate classes in the Philadelphia area and does speaking appearances throughout the country.
  • Charles Shuman started investing in real estate right out of college, buying residential rentals as well as commercial real estate. He has owned and operated many businesses as well as a multi-office mortgage company.  There’s not many facets of real estate investing that he hasn’t had his hands into.
  • Ed Jenks has been a seasoned landlord for many years, and is a former DPI Board member. He has developed new construction single homes, and has purchased and managed many single family and multi-unit residential rentals. In the last few years, Ed has built his own zero energy home, so he can “live off of the grid”.  Ed knows the details of managing both small and large projects.
  • Don Beck is a former Elementary School teacher. He started investing in real estate, and within 5 years,  he had purchased 80 rental units, and retired from teaching at the age of 34. He quickly realized that he needed a strong property management system and a strong, landlord friendly, lease. As a result, he developed his course called “Cruise Control Landlording” which included his lease as well as all of the forms that a landlord would ever need. Don is also a past President of DIG (Diversified Investors Group).
