It’s below freezing, again, and the sidewalks need shoveling and the heat calls pile up.  Did you ever consider investing on an island or in tropical country?   Before you grab the passport, sun glasses and jump onto a plane to invest, you need to familiarize yourself with the business, legal and management issues presented in a foreign country.

Join DPI on February 13th  for  “Investing in Resort Areas”.  Get ready for an informative, thought provoking  and entertaining evening.  Chad Ingram, P.E., Robert Kappe and Bill Becker are investors/developers and will present their collective experiences in Mexico, Turks and Caicos and Costa Rica.

Apply the suntan lotion and bring your questions on how to invest and what to avoid.  Island attire is recommended.
