Delco Property Investors, (D.P.I.) is an organization of and for professional property owners. Our expertise and guidance is available to real estate investors, landlords, property management personnel, and rehabbers who are or hope to be engaged in the residential and commercial real estate investment business. As facilitators and educators we encourage our investors to achieve high standards in the development and maintenance of their properties.

The first successful eviction you execute under our guidance, alone, can save you many times the expense of your yearly dues. We will teach you how to structure your lease to prepare yourself for problems and issues that develop during the course of your business. Our organization has available the support and guidance of an in-house attorney for legal concerns. As a member you will receive benefits such as product and service discounts from reputable suppliers and professionals.

Our speakers and programs offer valuable information. In addition, we offer workshops and network with other national and local associations to keep abreast of the latest advances and legislation pertaining to our industry. Every member of D.P.I. is automatically a member of the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (PROA), the State real estate investors' lobby representative in Harrisburg, National Real Estate Investors Association, (NAREIA), and the the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.
